Property Development and Maintenance
Property Development:We start with Ownership of land or Licensed Right to sell to end customers apartments of their choice in our Projects. Our involvement is from legal ownership of the site to the final finishing stages of the construction process and legal transfer of ownership papers.
Legal and Accountinhg advice:According to Bulgarian Law foreigners can become owners of the Right to Build of apartments in Residential Complexes. We can assist you in handling all accounting procedures and legal formalities for investment purposes in land ownership, as well as notary papers for owning an apartment.
Maintenance:Our Projects come with full year maintenance fee of 10 Euro per sq.m. (including VAT) and will include: free shuttle to Gondola in the morning, maintenance of common areas in the buildings (like stairways and corridors), parking lots, 24 hour security of the Complex, cleaning and maintenance of gardens, children's corner, open barbecue, swimming pool, overseeing washer and dryer room, ski compartment.
Additional offers:We can offer against a reasonable tax the following services: Cleaning of your apartment and change of linen, Shuttle to Sofia airport, Internet Connection and satellite TV programs(ordered per hour, day, month or year).
